Orders for shipment outside the POLAND are subject to higher international shipping rates, applicable customs,
duties and taxes,
all of which are the responsibility of the customer. If you are ordering products to be shipped outside
POLAND, please be aware you may be asked to verify your account information or provide
a different method of payment. This is for your protection to help reduce fradulent charges.
All shipping cost will be calculated by us individually for each order - on the basis of the size and weight of ordered
products, their value and shipping method requested by customer (postal service, express shipping, air cargo, etc).
For orders made by this web-shop, calculation of shipment cost will be done automatically during ordering procedure.
When web-ordering procedure is completed, you will receive confirmation of order with all costs included on your e-mail account.
If formal proforma invoice is required, please write a note during order or send back an e-mail with request as a response
for order's confirmation message. Shipping transit time depends on the choosen shipping method, for European transit time
done by UPS please reveiew European Transit Time Maps.
Shipping prices calculated by web-shop include the transport insurance cost.
This cost is equal one percent of value of orderd goods. In case, when order will be lost or will be damaged in
transport, we will send ordered goods once again or, if it will not be possible, we will refund you cost of lost
or damaged goods.
VAT (Value Added Tax)
All products prices are listed without VAT (Value Added Tax). VAT rate in POLAND is equal to 23%. Customers
from European Union may buy all our products without VAT only when provide VALID European VAT ID Number. Otherwise the
invoice will be issued with addition of 23% VAT Tax.
All Customers from countries outside European Union will be invoiced without VAT with exception to very small orders.
In that case - upon customer request - invoice may be issued with 23% VAT. Somethimes it may be cheaper for small
orders because that case the customer will avoid the costs of custom procedures in Poland and the country of delivery.

An RMA number will be issued to you,
and then you must return the product in conjunction with this RMA number. Otherwise your request will NOT be processed
and your shipment will be refused.

All refunds will be credited at lesser of current market value or purchase price. All returns for credit
are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products will not be accepted for return, whether for exchange or credit,
unless prior authorization is obtained. Returns for credit must be received within 30 days of the original
invoice date. Beyond this period, product may only be exchanged if currently under warranty.

All products must be returned in their original packaging with all software, power units, cabling and other items
intact, or else will not be able to be returned for credit. Advance replacement RMA's will be charged accordingly
if returned without above items.
RMA numbers are valid for a maximum of 30 days. When returning an item, it is important that you return it with
all accessories, manuals, cables, etc., in order to receive a credit or exchange unless other specified.
Items returned without all accessories or items which are defaced will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Please package your return item in a shipping box with appropriate packaging. If you are not sure how to package
an item for safe shipping, please consult us or a local shipping company.
Product being returned with insufficient packaging will be refused and your warranty will
be voided. Please place the RMA number on at least two sides of the outside of the shipping box
before returning it to us.
Cancelling Your Order
Customer may cancel an order at any stage before the payment has been sent. But if you wish to
cancel an order after sending the payment
please IMMEDIATELY contact us by telephone or email and we will give you further
information. Orders already shipped will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges.

The transit times presented are based on business days and are revised occasionally due to changes
in technology, distribution and volume. The transit times reflect UPS regular delivery schedule,
but are not guaranteed. Service from some remote areas may require additional days in transit.
